Quick Draw Power of Attorney

One of our lenders called with urgency in need of a power of attorney for a client who was flying out that same day. The loan officer called us at 10:00 am and asked if we could have the document ready for the client to sign by 10:30, as she would be passing by our office on her way to the airport.

With a quick call to our attorney to see if she could prepare one in the limited time the client had, we were able to get the document prepared, printed and ready for signature minutes before she arrived.

The documents were still warm from the printer when we notarized them. Our client was able to sign without even getting out of her car. She was thankful for our speedy work and was able to make it just in time to catch her flight.
