Michigan Five County RE Settles Down

The total cumulative number of sales, and the dollar volume of sales declined when comparing the Five County Area report of November 2021 to November 2020. However, due to the lower inventory numbers, the average price and median price continued to rise.

The average days on the also dropped from 110 in November 2020 to 68 in November 2021.
