Five County Real Estate Continues to Boom

June 2021 was another booming month compared to June 2020 for the Five County area.

Dollar volume more than doubled, number of sales were up 50% plus, the average price was up over 25% and the median price was up 25%.

This all happened as listing counts rose 50% and days on the market were nearly half of the time comparing 2021 to 2020.
