The highest priced home was $2.1M in June 2020 versus $1.3M in June 2019. Total listing counts were at 218 this June compared to 274 a year ago June.
Benzi, Antrim and Kalkaska had a larger dollar volume of sales this June compared to last June despite lower number of sales. The median price was up in all counties except Leelanau.
