Prices Go Up – Days on Market Go Down in Michigan Five County

Year end sales broke $1 Billion for the year in the Five County area of Michigan.

Prices in December increased year over year in the same period as last year.

Leelanau and Antrim Counties had the largest percentage in dollar volume increase. Leelanau sold $23,538,852 versus last year $13,855,349 while Antrim sold $10,193,730 this December versus last year at $5,826,261.

Kalkaska had 8 fewer sales and lower sales volume from December 1029 to 2018.

Average days on the market was 124 this December versus last year at 137 days.

Listing Counts were at 289 this December versus last December at 231.
