Five County Prices Up – Number of Sales Down

The five county area of Michigan average price and median price went up, the average days on the market were lower, and number of homes sold was down.

Even during a pandemic, the area home values are maintaining.

The average price of a home went up five percent and the median sales price went up nearly seven percent.

Days on the market dropped 12 percent as well, from 122 days in 2019 to 108 days in 2020.

Benzie and Kalkaska Counties showed the highest improvement in sales price, while Leelanau actually declined slightly.
